This page explains how to request deletion of your MagiNotes account and associated personal data. If you no longer wish to use MagiNotes, you may request account deletion at any time.
1. How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your MagiNotes account, send an email from your registered account email address to:

In your email, include enough information for us to identify your account, such as:
- your full name
- your registered email address
- any relevant account or subscription details
2. What happens when your account is deleted
Once your deletion request is verified and processed, your MagiNotes account will be deleted or permanently deactivated, and we will begin deleting or anonymizing associated personal data, subject to any legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or operational retention requirements.
3. Data that may be deleted
- account profile information
- login and identity records associated with your MagiNotes account
- notes, transcripts, prompts, and related content stored in your account
- support messages and user-submitted content linked to your account
- stored usage records associated with your account, where deletion is permitted
4. Data that may be retained for a limited period
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for legitimate business purposes or legal compliance, including:
- billing and transaction records
- fraud prevention and security logs
- records required for legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations
- backup data that is securely maintained for disaster recovery and is later overwritten in the normal course
5. Processing time
We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within a reasonable time and generally process account deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or operational necessity.
6. Active subscriptions and payments
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You are responsible for cancelling any active subscription directly through the platform from which it was purchased.

7. Verification of requests
For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before processing an account deletion request. We may decline or delay a request where we cannot verify that the requester is authorized to act on the account.
8. Alternative to deletion
If you do not want to permanently delete your account, you may also contact us to request help with access, correction, or other privacy-related actions instead of full deletion.
