  • the email address used for your account
  • your device type and operating system, if relevant
  • the feature or page involved
  • what happened and what you expected instead
  • the approximate date and time of the issue
  • screenshots, error text, or steps to reproduce where possible

4. Billing help

For billing issues, please also include:

  • purchase date
  • platform used, such as website, Google Play, or Apple
  • order reference, transaction ID, or payment reference if available

5. Account and access issues

If you cannot access your account, tell us:

  • the sign-in method you used
  • whether the issue affects app, web, or both
  • any error message shown

6. Privacy rights requests

If you want to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another privacy-related action, contact us at the privacy address above. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

7. Security reporting

If you believe you found a security issue, please report it responsibly by email and include enough detail for us to investigate. Please do not exploit or publicly disclose a vulnerability before giving us a reasonable opportunity to assess and address it.
